Q:Are you factory or trading company? We are factory. Q:How about the warranty of your products? 5 years for cartridge and 2 years for surface plating. Q:What’s your payment terms? By T/T, 30% deposit and the 70% balance to be paid before ship out from JOOKA factory. Q:How long is your production time? It depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes 30-35 days after we receive your deposit. While for large order, we can work over time to catch up your shipment. Q:How can I get samples? We are honored to offer you samples. The samples can be send by DHL or other international express you want. Q:Where is your main market？ South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, Middle East Q:How is your production management and quality control system? A: Our factory is GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008 Standard certified with strict and smooth management procedures. We have overall quality control tests include acid salt spray test, endurance test, blasting test, sealing performance test, water flow test etc. Q: Do you accept OEM/ODM? A:Yes, OEM/ODM is welcomed.
